Five years ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and taking thyroid hormone has helped a lot. A few years later, I discovered that my Vitamin D levels were low...also a cause of fatigue. I think it's important for anyone suffering from mental illnesses to look at their nutrition and get quality bloodwork done.
