Happy Thursday! Today I am joining Theresa (TexWis Girl) at The Run*A*Round Ranch Report for Good
Fences, a fence photo meme.
Theresa was inspired to name the meme after a line in Robert Frost’s
poem “Mending Wall”: “Good fences
make good neighbors.”
Visit Theresa’s blog out HERE to join in!
This is our rail fence on one side of our property. In this photo, the
fence seems to be surrounded by deep winter. But it was taken just this week
during a spring snow.
The fence doesn’t do a lot to keep anything out or in, but I’ve always
liked the look of wooden rail fences.
This is a lovely and sublime photo, Tina, thank you so much for sharing.
ReplyDeletethis is a good fence!
ReplyDeleteI like the look of wooden fences as well.

ReplyDeleteSuch a magical, mystical near fantasyland image!!!
ReplyDeleteA lovely image! We had a split-rail fence at a former home, which I absolutely loved. They are so attractive, particularly when dusted with snow!

ReplyDeleteI've always liked the looks of wooden fences. Even snow covered ones although I'm going to confess to being tired of cold and snow this winter.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful fence and as sick as I am of snow, I'll have to admit that it adds a certain nostalgia to the photo. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteSnow creates some of the most beautiful sights. However, thankful we do not get it like that.
